We invest in prime real estate assets in cities we identify as having strong growth potential, driven by local and global economic trends. Our portfolio spans Singapore, Japan, Australia, the UAE and South Korea, across residential, office, hospitality, retail, and industrial sectors.
In our Opportunistic and Value-Add strategies, we acquire underperforming but well-located assets in cities such as Singapore, Tokyo, Sydney and Dubai. We enhance their value through operational upgrades, physical improvements, and capital structure optimization.
Our Core+ strategy targets stabilized, income-generating assets with moderate leverage and long investment horizons, where we can unlock additional value through active management.
