V88 Building
V88 Building
Tokyo, Japan
In 2024 Rivulets acquired V88 Building in Ginza, Tokyo. Originally known as De Beers Ginza Building, the 11-storey building is an exemplar of contemporary architecture by celebrity architects Jun Mitsui & Associates/Pelli Clarke & Partners Japan.
Executed in what was likely to have been a record time, the deal underscored the execution capabilities of Rivulets. It was featured in the cover story of a January 2025 issue of Nikkei Real Estate Market Report.
The building is situated at one of the key nodes of Ginza, right next to the 2-chome intersection known for the flagship stores of Cartier, Bvlgari, Chanel and Louis Vuitton. Tenants include luxury retailers MCM and Tatras, high-end medical practices and a private member club for super car owners.
