61 Robinson

Singapore

Rivulets acquired 61 Robinson, a 20-storey office building in Singapore’s central business district, amid the Covid-19 epidemic (mid to late 2021). The acquisition was the subject of much media coverage, including by Forbes.

We oversaw a major asset enhancement initiative (AEI) that culminated in the project winning the 2022 Design Award by the Singapore Institute of Architects.  With the building transformed by the AEI, Rivulets was able to elevate the building’s tenancy profile.  Former and current blue-chip tenants include Apollo (a private equity firm), SAAB (an aerospace/defence company), Cyril Armachand (top Indian law firm), INEOS (a petrochemical manufacturer and partner of Mercedes-AMG F1 team) and a Malaysian government agency.

Rivulets also worked on upgrading the energy-management system of the building, eventually obtaining Green Mark Platinum certification.
